By using Dimerion, you agree to these terms. Please read them. They're written in plain language — not legal fog — because we think you deserve to understand what you're agreeing to.

1. The Service

Dimerion is an AI-powered profitability analysis tool for small business owners. You enter your business numbers. Our system analyzes them and returns a plain-language breakdown of where your money is going, which revenue streams are actually profitable, and where operational leakage may exist.

Dimerion is a diagnostic tool, not financial advice. The analysis we provide is generated by AI based on the inputs you provide. It is intended to surface patterns and flag areas for further review — not to replace a qualified accountant, financial advisor, or CFO. Do not make major financial decisions based solely on Dimerion's output without independent verification.

2. Accounts and Access

Some features of Dimerion require an account. You are responsible for:

You must be at least 18 years old and operating a legitimate business to use Dimerion. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Paid Subscriptions

All payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your payment details.

5. Your Data and Inputs

You retain ownership of all business data and financial inputs you enter into Dimerion. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to process that data solely to provide you with the analysis you requested.

We do not sell your data. We do not use your business inputs to train AI models. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how data is handled.

6. Acceptable Use

7. Accuracy and Limitations

Dimerion's AI analysis is based on the data you input. The quality and accuracy of outputs depends directly on the accuracy of your inputs.

We make no warranty that the analysis will be error-free, complete, or applicable to every business situation. Business financials are complex and context-dependent. Our tool surfaces patterns — it does not audit your books.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dimerion and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to lost profits, lost revenue, or business decisions made in reliance on our analysis.

Our total liability for any claim related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 3 months preceding the claim, or $50, whichever is greater.

9. Intellectual Property

Dimerion's software, design, brand, and methodology are owned by Dimerion's operator. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the service without written permission.

You retain all rights to your own business data and financial inputs.

10. Service Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may take the service offline for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We will communicate planned downtime where feasible.

11. Termination

You may stop using Dimerion at any time and cancel your subscription if applicable. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms, without prior notice in cases of serious breach.

Upon termination, your right to use the service ends. We may retain certain data as required by law or our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms as the service evolves. We will update the effective date above and notify account holders by email for material changes. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
